As a Relocation Specialist and Investment Broker I have a reputation for serving my clients in an honorable and caring manner. My 35 years of contacts with organizations, businesses and community leaders allows me to give comprehensive community information in buying and selling property.
While a listing agent for The Tate Condominium project in downtown Eugene, I worked with builders, developers and clients in buying and selling their properties. It is now a lovely landmark for the city and has owners enjoying the low maintenance of condo living. I have been in business in Eugene for over 30 years and at Windermere Real Estate for the past 17. I continue to successfully list and sell residential, rural and investment properties. I have been involved in a large number of country property transactions and have a strong working knowledge of the information needed to protect the buyers interest. I hold a bachelors degree from California State Polytechnic University in Psychology and spent 16 years in management of a local non-profit. My designation as a Certified Residential Investment Specialist gives me training to help you qualify your property pricing on a solid financial basis.
My commitment as a community volunteer extends from my belief that we can make our community a better place to live in. I am currently the President on the Camp Fire Board of Directors and have been a Springfield Kiwanan. Our family has lived in the Thurston area of Springfield for 40 years. We enjoy family time with them and our grandchildren.
My focus the last several years has been in helping clients change lifestyles. Whether the focus is to a new location, a condominium or smaller home or in buying their first home.
I enjoy helping people open up the possibilities of easier care property so they can travel and feel secure by selling one property and buying something different.
I have also found great satisfaction in helping those buying their first home make a solid investment and find a place they want to be.
